@AllamFarmer @valleyfield2008 @Case_IH Our problems all start with the concave reset. The concaves trip and break the center concave mounts. Then the concave frames bend and eventually the whole concave frame pops off the front hook.

@wooffwayne @kperlik Same here. Caravans might sound better going through.

@kowalchukfarms1 @nozzle_guy @Spray_Guy Just uneven application. You can actually see it in the manipulator at times. Take a picture of your boom spraying. More often than not half the nozzles are off. Running high duty cycles helps. Twin nozzles help. I am switching to horsch autoselect, I think it's called.

@MYPrecisionAg How much left and what does the weather look like? One wind storm on canola can change that answer. I like to get my losses as low as possible at a given work rate. Leaving crop out to save that extra quarter bushel doesn't make sense to me.

@MYPrecisionAg @Bob_Vandaele @allansoutar On the bright side, they don't even need a chopper. Nothing makes it there.

@Bob_Vandaele @allansoutar Ya, I am just whining. Last year was easy to keep it in. This year not so much. They are exceptional in wheat. Obviously designed for wheat first. Need grate covers maybe.

@Bob_Vandaele @allansoutar Doing 14 acres an hour with cr11s here. At 22 and hour I would need a bathroom scale to weigh the drop pans.

@loopholefarms @DiamondDoorsInc Yes. I have a 40 ft that has never worked right. Won't lift when it's cold. They have sent a new motor and now a new controller. They have no problem sending out new parts on warranty. But everytime they have never heard of my door and its not in their system.

@Mullin_95 Was a great man. He took our class on a 1 day field trip back in 2003. He absolutely loved what he was doing.

@fredweisg They don't slow the fan down enough going uphill. There will be software updates for that.

@allansoutar @Bob_Vandaele @CR9090JK I never thought our 10.90s were underpowered. But these cr11s definetly are. Way more combine but constantly at max power and losing rpms.

@CR9090JK The answer is different for every operation. Our longest move is 10 miles. Some moves we take the headers off. Some moves are too short to bother. The transport works better for us because it is always there ready.
