Commodity market guru Jeff Currie on how the global energy crisis is about to get EVEN WORSE: “Did the Europeans ever refill their storage of gas going into this winter? Nope, they’re super far behind. So what do you think is going to happen come November?… You have diesel [prices] already at record levels… We’re going to run into very severe shortages on a global basis.” STAY LONG DIESEL AND NATURAL GAS.

@EzbyThor @KingKong9888 No, the big battery makers are moving from LFP to sodium. If the WH density is high enough there might be a market for electric planes or vehicles but no car will ever use silver

Tech is now officially more capital-intensive than mining. This represents a fundamental shift in the market. Miners offer stronger margins, healthier balance sheets, and more compelling embedded growth. They offer a far more asymmetric way to express the AI investment thesis than technology itself, in my view. tavicosta.substack.com/p/new-tech-is-…

Here is the idea, and once you see it you cannot unsee it. Equities, bonds and commodities move together on a 30-to-40-year cycle, and the major turning points are linked. Strategically, equities and commodities are negatively correlated — a secular bull market in commodities is bullish inflation, which is bearish bonds, and it is inflation that sooner or later kills every bull market in equities. So these three great asset classes take turns. When commodities lead, they poison the ground financial assets grow in. When commodities sleep, financial assets feast. They do not thrive together, and they never have. Chart 6 — The 110-year dance: S&P 500 vs CRB commodities
