What a beautiful week in North Carolina with the best network around. 💙 The 2026 3RNET Annual Conference brought together incredible people from across the country for conversations about rural health, workforce, recruitment, retention, innovation, and the work happening in communities every day. This week was a reminder of just how special the 3RNET network really is. A huge thank you to the North Carolina Office of Rural Health for the way they showed up throughout the week and helped us create such a meaningful experience for our network. We were also incredibly honored to have the Town of Cary proclaim August 25, 2026, as 3RNET Day. It was a pretty special way to celebrate 30+ years of 3RNET! To everyone who joined us, presented, shared ideas, asked questions, made connections, and made this week what it was: thank you. North Carolina, you were good to us. 💙 Next stop: Ohio. And behind those numbers are our Network Coordinators, organizational members, employers, partners, and healthcare professionals working together across the country.
