@GTTCOMM No one at GTT knows where to file SLA credit claim? We had submitted billing inquiry for SLA credit claim on March 2nd for 4 days of outage. They closed the inquiry without response. No responses on follow up, now on call am told billing does not handle SLA credit?

Since 3 months we have been moving between NOC , CRC , Sales team, billing team. Very bureaucratic system with no one taking responsibility to assist a customer and very unhappy that @GTTCOMM took over Giglinx

@Level3NOC We did get back online after 63hours of outage. In last 8 days we had been down for 4 days. What steps will be taken on your end to add redundant path on this route?

@Level3NOC It is over 26+ hours and we are still down. We are still surprised Level3 premium IP transit does not have redundant path to on-net datacenter.

@Level3NOC We are having outage in our Piscataway, NJ location since 6am, it has been close to 9+ hours. When can issue get resolved? Why no redundant path is available to reroute traffic for premium transit?
