Bolton churches have been celebrating 'Love Your School' week this week. Our church @stjohnfarnworth has been delivering gifts to our link schools to let them know that they are all amazing, and that we are praying for them. #Boltonlys @PlacesProject

Important Update: Haribo Starmix and Tangfastics ​ ​ We've been made aware of some changes in the production process of Haribo Starmix and Tangfastics, and we want to ensure our community stays informed. ​ ​ Haribo UK has informed us that the majority of their UK manufactured products do not contain wheat or other cereals containing gluten as an ingredient and providing they do not have a ‘may contain’ for cereals containing gluten, they are suitable for your gluten free diet. ​ ​ However, they are currently sourcing some products from Haribo Germany to meet stock demand. Due to differences in manufacturing processes there is a risk of cross contamination and as a precaution, they have added a "may contain traces of milk, wheat" statement on the packaging. ​ ​ Coeliac UK does not recommend that people with coeliac disease consume 'may contain' products, so must recommend that these products be avoided whilst the split production is in place. We have not been given a timeframe for how long this situation will be in place. ​ If you have any specific questions or concerns about these products, we recommend contacting Haribo directly. #CoeliacUK #Coeliac #CoeliacDisease #GlutenFree #Haribo

@stpetersfarn @PlacesProject We had a fantastic session making shapes with our playdoh and balloon animals and thinking about how God and what we read in the Bible shapes us as Christians. The children wrote some wonderful prayers too. 🙏

Today on ITV's @thismorning , coeliac disease was discussed during a phone in segment on the show. We are deeply concerned about the content and advice given to a caller attending a Christmas family event where all of the food will be gluten free to protect the health of a person with coeliac disease. We are actively following up with @ITV . You can read our open letter in the comments below, and will share any responses we receive. In the meantime we ask you to contact This Morning to ask them to give an apology to our gluten free community on air for this damaging and inaccurate information, and to engage with Coeliac UK to ensure their information is accurate in future.
