Change can be hard. In this case? Changelog FTW. Bulk Operations is now Bulk Actions. But this is more than a new name. It's a redesigned interface that makes everything easier to action, understand and find. There's even a place to search for actions now! 🏁 Gone is the long dropdown, now with a dedicated tools catalog. 📌 3-step execution wizard for every bulk tool! ⏲️ A new activity hub with real-time status polling and per-site execution breakdowns. bit.ly/4cPFWMb

Gecko Agency has been building digital experiences for more than 30 years. When a client's store suddenly went down they used Claude and Pressable MCP to trace the root cause and restore it in about an hour. 🤯 With zero data loss on the live database, orders and customers. No digging through server logs. No correlating timestamps across multiple systems. All through the chat window. “Pressable’s MCP has quietly made us better at the unglamorous parts of client service – being fast and precise when something breaks – which means more of our week goes to the proactive, strategic work clients hire us for.” 👏 👏 👏 bit.ly/3T3UYHt

You'll find a new global Activity Hub dash under the main nav in MyPressable. What awaits you? A better unified activity feed and real-time status tracker for account-level events, background tasks (like backups, restores, clones and more) and team collaborator actions including PHP memory orders, worker expansions and site transfers. Check out the changelog for more details or just head straight to MyPressable and select the Activity Hub from main sidebar nav.

@DermWarehouse is a dermatologist-owned skincare retailer carrying more than 60 brands. Originally under a heavily tailored, prone to breaking custom subscription system, DermWarehouse worked with @WooCommerce migrating to WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooPayments. And made the move to Pressable, saving more than $1,000 a month from hosting costs alone. "The support has been superb, and being able to tell our clients they're on their own server instead of sharing one, that's been a huge selling point for us on the agency side." Accessibility doesn't stop at launch. Great breakdown from Solvehop on why ongoing management, not just design, keep sites accessible. And how Pressable MCP and human judgement can: - Make it safer to test accessibility fixes in staging before deploying - Surface technical context (PHP version, plugins, configs and more) before the work begins - Simplify backups so remediation carries less risk - Improve accountability by tracking who changed what, and when Accessibility depends on people making the real judgement calls. Is this cache on? 🎤 Is the PHP version current? Did that backup run? Did we make any changes anywhere that could impact anything? Are we ready for the traffic? There's a lot to consider when you prep for a sale. Next time, try connecting Pressable MCP to your AI client and run this prompt before your next WooCommerce sale. Then download our other 39 prompts in our Pressable MCP guide for WooCommerce stores. The prompt: "Run a pre-launch readiness check on [store]. Confirm: edge cache is enabled, PHP version is 8.2 or higher, a backup completed in the last 24 hours, and no plugin or theme changes in the last 7 days. Also flag any plugins with known security vulnerabilities. Give me a prioritized list of anything to fix before go-live." The guide: bit.ly/4xiEEAB

Enough said.

Worship Times, a web-focused agency serving churches and nonprofits nationwide, used Claude Code and Pressable MCP to rebuild a new client's website in just 5 days. Over 3k media files. More than 75 pages rebuilt. Zero broken internal links at handoff. Their process is now a repeatable playbook they can offer to any client in the same position. 🤩 Read about how Michael and his team helped the new client when they found themselves locked out of their own site on a failing multisite platform from just the platform's own public data feed. You'll have to read it to believe it! bit.ly/4xxqlsL

It's hard to build up a solid reputation for complex WordPress builds and deep Woo customizations. It's even harder to do it at scale. The amazingly good humans at Inspry do just that. Every day. Matt actually built his own agency-level MCP. It sits in front of Pressable MCP and every hour saved on the manual work is an hour the support team gets back for the part of the job that keeps clients happy: communication, account management and proactive outreach. We're happy to support this Atlanta-based agency and even happier to shout out the incredible work they're doing every day. Read all about the game-changing work they're doing. bit.ly/4zbnlUd
