AI skills are no longer moving in one straight line. The market is starting to separate people who only use tools from those who can turn AI into business value. The data suggests a useful shift: AI capability is a set of different professional paths. Microblog by @antgrasso Deep learning still shows strong demand, which means the foundations of machine learning remain important for many organizations. At the same time, GenAI is moving into daily operations. Roles linked to LLMs and agentic AI show that companies are no longer only experimenting with models. They are trying to connect them to workflows, products, and business processes. Specialized depth can still carry a premium. LLM fine-tuning has fewer listings, but the salary signal is strong because this kind of expertise helps organizations adapt models to specific needs rather than relying only on generic tools. Business judgment is also gaining clear economic value. AI product management shows that companies need people who can translate technical possibilities into useful products and trusted outcomes. In my view, the message is practical: learning AI is not just about keeping up with new tools. The stronger path is to understand where the technology creates value and how it can be governed in real business contexts.

A distributed ledger built to last cannot rely on security assumptions that may not last. Quantum-safe preparation is necessary before the pressure arrives, because records and private keys must remain protected beyond today’s cryptography. Blockchain records can remain valuable for years, while the cryptographic methods that protect them may face new pressure as quantum computing advances. This does not mean organizations should panic or replace everything immediately. It means they need to understand which assets require long-term protection and where a migration path may be needed. Cryptographic signatures and private keys deserve special attention. If they protect ownership and access to assets, the question is not only whether they are safe today. The question is whether they can remain trusted across a longer horizon. Quantum-safe preparation is therefore a governance problem as much as a technical one. Organizations may need safer algorithms and migration planning, but the first step is knowing where the exposure sits. The goal is simple: preserve trust while security conditions change. For blockchain, durability is not enough if protection does not evolve with the system.
