The U.S. signed a historic deal for security control of Greenland, got 65 billion barrels of Venezuela’s oil reserves and Communist Cuba is about to collapse. Soon we won’t need to rely on China or the Middle East. This is the American Empire asserting dominance of the Western Hemisphere to protect our interests and defend our heritage. What we are witnessing is historic.

It’s not that AI is safe. In fact it’s almost the opposite. It’s that whoever is in charge of making decisions about AI is implicitly driving a large portion of our economy, way of life, and increasingly, social norms. I’m way more afraid of that tyrant than of any AI superintelligence.
